Acknowledging Monday’s outage that affected its on-line services and products, the State Bank of India (SBI) has stated a ‘technical glitch’ resulted in the outage, including that the problem now stands resolved and internet services and products are functioning as standard.

“We regret to inform you that due to a ‘technical glitch,’ some of our digital services were impacted for a few hours on April 3. However, the issue stands resolved, and the digital services are live and restored,” stated SBI in a commentary, even if the financial institution didn’t specify what this ‘technical glitch’ used to be.
Apologizing to its ‘valued’ consumers, the rustic’s biggest lender additional said, “The bank is always working towards implementing measures to prevent such occurrences. We thank you for your patience, and continued trust in SBI.”
