The State Bank of India’s internet products and services, together with web banking, the YONO app, UPI products and services, and bank card bills, have reportedly been unavailable since Monday morning. Customers have grew to become to social media to whinge about delays in on-line transactions with the state-owned financial institution.
According to Downdetector, a web site that displays outages, the issue started at 9:19 am, with customers reporting difficulties gaining access to their SBI accounts on-line, reviewing account balances, and engaging in on-line transactions. At its peak, round 10:30 am, over 1,800 folks reported the outage. However, the graph of reporting the issue at the web site has now fallen.
Several shoppers took to social media to specific their issues. “Why are the servers of SBI down? I have been trying to login since morning but can’t login,” a consumer wrote on Twitter.
