Google Plans to Prioritise User Choice Instead of Deprecating Third-Party Cookies on Chrome
Google Chrome announced a new approach to handling third-party cookies on Monday. With this move, it no longer has plans to deprecate them. Instead, Google says it will allow users to make an “informed choice” which can be adjusted at any time while browsing on the web. It will also offer additional privacy controls to users, starting with “IP Protection” in Chrome’s Incognito Mode.
