New Delhi, Aug 8 (PTI) State-owned energy corporate NTPC will search shareholders’ popularity of elevating as much as Rs 12,000 crore by way of issuing non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 30. According to the attention of the AGM, the volume raised in a number of installments (no longer exceeding 12 instalments) via non-public placement will likely be used for capital expenditure, operating capital and basic business functions.
