New Delhi, Aug 8 (PTI) JSW Steel Chairman and Managing Director Sajjan Jindal has mentioned the corporate will make investments over Rs 48,000 crore over the following 3 years. He mentioned that out of Rs 48,700, the capital expenditure of Rs 20,000 crore is for the present fiscal 12 months 2022-23. Apart from this, JSW Steel could also be making plans to merge JSW Ispat Special Products with itself by way of the top of the present monetary 12 months. According to regulatory information filed by the company on Monday, Jindal said in response to a shareholder’s query, “The corporate will incur a complete capital expenditure of Rs 48,700 crore within the subsequent 3 years. Out of this, Rs 20,000 crore has been deliberate to be spent within the present monetary 12 months.
The merger plan of JSW Ispat Special Products Limited (Monnet Ispat) with JSW Steel is anticipated to be finished all the way through the present monetary 12 months, he added.
A three way partnership between AION Investments Pvt Ltd (AION) and JSW Steel Ltd received controlling stake in JSW Ispat Special Products Ltd (previously Monnet Ispat & Energy Ltd) in August 2018.
